Try predicting one of states: kUnknown, kStandBy, kAscend, kDescend, kFreefall, kLanded.
Needs launch location lat lon alt.
Stop Camera on kLand. Stop SSDV on kFreefall and kLand.
Add Fake GPS for testing.
