This eliminates the glitching described here: https://github.com/blaz-r/pi_pico_neopixel/issues/12

Depending on how long the strip is, this could be a pretty long period with interrupts disabled.  But I suspect it will really be the most ciritical task in a lot of applications and they will benefit from disabling the interrupt.

https://adafruit.github.io/Adafruit_NeoPixel/html/class_adafruit___neo_pixel.html says we need 300 microseconds delay. This definitely helped glitching on my setup!

Updated with latest changes to forked library 
I realised I had lost changes made to the library I forked from, so restored these and added rgbw support to my get pixel colour method (untested as I don't have a suitable LED device to hand).
