Added default values to "style" and "mitrelimit" in "silhoueteoffset" (as it was already stated in the description). With the default values missing, Intarsion was not working anymore

Silhouette Offset fix & new features 
- Added support to create open offset curves (side is based on offset value, negative or positive)
- Added "Cap Type" property for dilation
- Test if a curve is just a straight line. If so, change type of offset to dilation to avoid errors
- Changed corner type name from "type of curve" to "corner type"
- Friendlier name for the offset, based on base object name, offset type and offset dimension
- Option to select the Z position to world xy, bottom of the base object or top of the base object for dilate and leave curve open
