OpenGD77
Firmware for DMR transceivers using the NXP MK22 MCU, AT1846S RF chip and HR-C6000 DMR chipset. Including the Radioddiy GD-77, Baofeng DM-1801 and Baofeng RD-5R.
Project status
IMPORTANT
Unfortunately due to unforseen problems with the software license, it is no longer possible to create and distribute the firmware.
This is basically because the firmware is comprised of approximately 30% sealed binary from the official Raddioity firmware, which makes it incompatible with the license. The 30% sealed binary is equired to sidestep potential license issues with the DMR codec
As the continued development is not possible, all files except the User Guide and technical docs and some tools and drivers have been removed.
