Ashia fd5a7ee171 Optimize the db query on group edit page. 
A couple of related selects and prefetches on the content types
and permissions will cut down the query count slightly.

Michael van Tellingen 23890a094a Fix a regression when overriding Block.get_context() 
If ``Block.get_context()`` was overriden without accepting the
``parent_context`` kwarg the fallback handling threw an exception if
``context`` was None.
