Karl Hobley 1d4b069d3e Remove 'value' attribute from an '<a>' tag 
I initially thought this was missing a ``{% trans %}`` tag but according to [MDN](https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Web/HTML/Element/a) ``value`` isn't a valid attribute to put on an ``<a>`` tag anyway so this commit removes it.

Matt Westcott febd1727a8 Remove territory-specific translation files with lower coverage than the general ones (#3603) 
See #3600 - Django does not support gettext fallback translations, so the presence of incomplete translations prevents the general translations from showing up.

Matt Westcott 3d9b708b8e Preserve multi-value dict items on page preview 
Fixes #3564. Convert QueryDict to a plain dict when writing to session and vice versa when retrieving, so that multi-value fields are preserved.

dnsl48 85bcd5a176 [Postgres search] Orders by ranking in a more reliable way. 
PostgreSQL does not guarantee the outer queries having the same ordering as subqueries
