guido c5158436de Fix all filter-banks selectable independent of mode (request PA3FUN). Reset stepsize for 500Hz filter selection. Keep different filter&stepsize settings for with either CW or other modes (request G8EMA, currently disabled). Fix deny 8.4 selection in SDR mode.
