Users should call esp_cpu_dbgr_is_attached() instead. - Remove esp_cpu_get_ccount() from esp_cpu.h. Users should call esp_cpu_get_cycle_count() instead. - Remove esp_cpu_set_ccount() from esp_cpu.h.
