`MINIMUM_SECONDS_RECHECK_TIME` (integer) defines the absolute minimum seconds for recheck, kind of like a flood-protection, set to `0` to disable, overrides any watch/global settings (so by default this is `20`, if you set your watch to `15` it will still be `20`)
