Remove non-working compilation instructions from comments
Some instructions were a copy and paste error, some did not link to Hamlib. Compile all simulators with: make -C simulators check or compile a single simulator replacing "check" with the name of the simulator. Fixed with: perl -pe 's,// gcc.*\n,,' -i *.c perl -pe 's,// On mingw.*\n,,' -i *.cpull/1718/head
