Auto detects the I2C address on the Si5351. 
Removed dependency on EtherKit Si5351 library  and instead used Hans Summers Demo code for si5351 control. 
This makes it possible to use my code for auto detection of I2C address on the Si5351.

New tracker mode, transmits every time it moves in to a new grid square. 
This mode transmits every time it moves in to a new grid square.
It will also transmit at the top of every hour regardless if moving or stationary.

Added Tracker mode. 
The tracker mode is found under Transmit Schedule as the option "Only when moving (Tracker)
This will make it transmit whenever it changes grid square. 
If stationary it will transmit once every hour.

Bugfixes for call signs shorter than six characters 
1.02 Fixed a bug with certain short call sings sending incorrect call signs once in a while. Affected only call signs that had less than three letters after their number, e.g. 
       a call sign in the format AA1AAA worked fine but AA1AA and AA1A once in about 10 to 100 transmissions generated incorrect transmissions.
       Also fixed a bug that cased Type 3 transmissions (six character Maidenhead positions) to only work with call signs that were six character long
