Explain how to get started with the AMB8465 stick 

I did run in some issues to get started with the AMB8465 stick because the stick was not configured in default mode.

I'm adding this info for others to avoid they run into the same issues.

## AMB8465 USB stick
The AMB8465 interface code expects the dongle to be factory reset before use. You can do this by sending the following hex strings to the stick before attempting to use it with this software:
* Factory reset of the settings: `0xFF1100EE`
* Reset the stick to apply the factory defaults: `0xFF0500FA`
After this, the stick is communicating at 9600 bps and the wmbusmeters software will configure it to receive wireless mbus packets.
# Source code
The source code is modular and it should be relatively straightforward to add more receivers and meters.
