Tim Heap 9c2f2aac0f Use render_basic for StructBlocks (#3393) 
Having a StructBlock rendered via a template was inconsistent with other
blocks, It also meant that overriding `render_basic()` in a child class
did nothing, again unlike all other blocks. Providing a `render_basic()`
is useful for block libraries, where a `render_basic()` provides a very
minimal implementation with the expectation that developers will provide
their own render method via a template.

Andy Babic 0c056552eb Style amends for modeladmin.view.IndexView: 
- Removes unnecessary right padding from result list when listing is supposed to be full-width (no filters) on desktop
- Removes unnecessary left/right padding from result list on mobile (the table cells have padding of their own)
- In order to be more consistent with the Explorer list view, only make orderable column header links 'teal' if the listing is currently ordered by that field
- Better use of scss hierarchy to improve readability
- Remove the ‘teal’ CSS class from orderable header links

Ashia fd5a7ee171 Optimize the db query on group edit page. 
A couple of related selects and prefetches on the content types
and permissions will cut down the query count slightly.

Michael van Tellingen 23890a094a Fix a regression when overriding Block.get_context() 
If ``Block.get_context()`` was overriden without accepting the
``parent_context`` kwarg the fallback handling threw an exception if
``context`` was None.
