Remove deprecated chooser panel templates (#7765) 
Fixes #6997 - these were deprecated in 1.0 https://docs.wagtail.io/en/stable/releases/1.0.html#chooser-panel-templates-are-obsolete and GitHub shows no instances of these being used in any public repos.
