This prevents the admin interface crashing if there was an error while updating the search index.

The error is now caught and logged instead

Matt Westcott b1c6063b41 Make preview window work on IE11 
IE doesn't provide standard onload event listeners on opened windows, so this code did user-agent sniffing
on the string 'MSIE' to bypass the onload animation. This failed on IE11, which drops 'MSIE' from the
user agent string. The code now checks for the presence of addEventListener instead.

As a bonus, it now falls back on IE's (non-standard?) attachEvent method, so the animation now works on IE
after all.

Matt Westcott be1b2d3cad Add some missing class="button" styles. 
Also added type="button" to the up/down/delete controls in wagtailsearchpromotions, so that they don't get treated as submit buttons.

Loic Teixeira 32c68b5060 Add ability to edit links in RichText editor 
Instead of having the link button to remove an existing link,
it will open the chooser on the corresponding tab (page, link, email)
and pre-populate the form.
Therefore, a second button has been added to remove a link.
