Brian Harvey 945f058a61 Create SnapManual8a.pdf 
This is a version of the manual optimized by Acrobat.  It's half the size of the original (12Mb instead of 26Mb) but I think the pictures are just a little bit fuzzier.  Probably still acceptable.  Someone decide.

Should be pulled into dev (so I can solicit bug reports), but will need redoing before actual release as the single palette and scene stuff settles down.

The manual isn't finished, but it's in good enough shape to be pushed to dev so we can all look it over.

All I've changed in the libraries is to hide some helper blocks, but not as many as I'd like.  :)

brianharvey f151e7c339 faster colors, fixed last bignum bug 
I intend to keep working on the colors library speedup, so there's no urgency for you to pull this I guess, but this is a stable state of both libraries and you /can/ pull it when you're doing a release (or a dev version) anyway.
