Hello,

a sane backend for UMAX Astra 1220P (or HP 3200C they are the same) and
Astra 2000P is available as a patch against sane-backends-1.0.4 .
It provides 75, 150, 300, 600 and 1200x600 dpi scan modes, in RGB and gray
levels. Altough not everything is as clean I want it to be, it is reliable enough
for daily use of my HP 3200C.
Patch source/doc is available at http://umax1220p.sourceforge.net
