Hi all.

I bought on of these mustek scsi-scanners today, model "scanexpress
12000SP". This one seemed to appear on the list of supported
scanners (hey, thats why i bought it), but calling scanimage with
debugging at max just leaves me with the following:

bitch:/home/stodden# scanimage -d mustek
[sanei_init_debug]: Setting debug level of dll to 128.
[dll] adding backend nmp
[dll] adding backend mustek
[dll] loading backend mustek
[dll] load: found `/usr/lib/libsane-mustek.la'
[dll] dlopen()ing `/usr/lib/libsane-mustek.so.0'
[dll] init: initializing backend `mustek'
[sanei_init_debug]: Setting debug level of mustek to 128.
[mustek] attach: opening /dev/sg0 as scsi device
[mustek] attach: sending INQUIRY
[mustek] scsi_wait_ready: sending TEST_UNIT_READY
[mustek] attach: firmware revision 2.00
[mustek] attach: unknown model ` C06 S12IDWM123797'
scanimage: open of device mustek failed: Invalid argument
[dll] exiting
[dll] calling backend `mustek's exit function

Does this mean i'm not going to get this box working at all ?
I desperately hope it doesn't. :(

sane is version 0.72

Any help would be appreciated.

regards,
Daniel
