During the last few days I have sent three messages to the list<br>
|
|
<a href="mailto:sane-devel@mostang.com">sane-devel@mostang.com</a>.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
It seems they all get distributed to the list. However, only one<br>
|
|
has appeared in the WWW archive. This limits the usefulness of<br>
|
|
the archive somewhat, as people can not follow entire threads.<br>
|
|

In fact, I believe there are many people around (like myself)<br>
|
|
who choose to consult the archive rather than subscribe to the<br>
|
|
mailing list. Not all Sane related issues are interesting for<br>
|
|
everybody. With a "Usenet-like" WWW discussion area (like the<br>
|
|
archive indeed is) one can pick the issues of interest, and much<br>
|
|
bandwidth is saved too!<br>
