OK, the latest pre-release is now available at:<br>

|

The file sane-pre1.01-4.tar.gz is a complete tar ball and<br>
|
|
sane-1.00-pre1.01.diff.gz is a diff relative to SANE v1.00.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
Note that this pre-release is now in the "beta" directory, so I hope<br>
|
|
we're reasonably close to a final release. Please test this version<br>
|
|
throughly. Apart from coding bugs, please do check the documentation<br>
|
|
for stale bits or misleading information as well. In particular, if<br>
|
|
you're a backend maintainer, I'd appreciate if you'd look over the<br>
|
|
"NEWS" file and make sure that all relevant changes are mentioned.<br>
|
|
