since i posted on the subject some time ago...<br>

thanks to the info from Jamie Honan i managed to finally write a<br>
|
|
program which can grab an image from the ARTEC AS6E scanner. I have<br>
|
|
put it at<br>

I have tried it on 2.2.x with direct access to the io ports.<br>
|
|
It _should_ work on 4.x with the "ppi" driver (and on 3.x with minor<br>
|
|
changes).<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
So far the program is a bit primitive, it can grab a color/grey image<br>
|
|
but i have not managed to make the GREY mode work, nor i have supported<br>
|
|
other resolutions than 300dpi.<br>
|
|
<p>
|
|
Hope this can be a starting point...<br>
|
