In late December Mustek released a binary sane version (sane-mustek-1.0.3)
|
|
<BR>
|
|
for their USB scanners (1200 CU, and some others).
|
|
<BR>
|
|
<P>This version had (no - actually has =) a bug:
|
|
<BR>
|
|
You only can scan once. The second scan attempt puts out a "half-scanned"
|
|
<BR>
|
|
image. The left side is the real scan object, but reduced to it's half size
|
|
<BR>
|
|
(and resolution). The right side is filled with a single color.
|
|
<BR>
|
|
<P>So, everytime you want to scan a second image, you'll have to reload the
|
|
<BR>
|
|
scanner module.
|
|
<BR>
|
|
<P>Is there any working solution out now?
|
