Not too long ago I asked the list (twice) if anyone had any recommendations
for a SCSI card that has been demonstrated to work with SANE and, ideally, a
Umax 600S.

Is it really the case that no one has any opinion on the matter?

If so I'm really bummed as I have had no luck with my cheapo Adaptec 2906.
