I have a Microtek ScanMaker V600 (SCSI-2 scanner) that I am trying to<br>
|
||
use under linux. I haven't had much luck. I installed SANE 1.0 from an<br>
|
||
RPM and everything seems to be ok, but it won't recognize the device.<br>
|
||
The system sees it at boot time and recognizes it as a scanner but<br>
|
||
SANE won't pick it up. The scanner is SCSI id 6 so it should be<br>
|
||
/dev/sge, correct? I've tried changing the configuration file for the<br>
|
||
microtek2 backend but I can't get SANE to recognize the scanner any<br>
|
||
ideas?<br>
