 Hi All,<br>
 <p>
 I've upgraded librarys &amp; locale to support Gimp &amp; Sane.<br>
 Since upgrading Netscape dies with the following messages to<br>
 the xterm window, (Gimp &amp; Sane work properly);<br>
 <p>
 Perhaps the $XNLSPATH enviorment varible is not set correctly?<br>
 Netscape: locale `C' not supported.<br>
 <p>
 The Netscape license window opens, clicking on accept creates<br>
 a bus error and drops me back to a shell prompt.<br>
 <p>
 The Vitural console messages after death are;<br>
 <p>
 Locale not supported by xlib<br>
 Locale not supported by C library<br>
 <p>
 What library versions and locale should I be using to run <br>
 Netscape 4.5, Gimp 1.02, Sane 0.74 successfully?<br>
 <p>
