Hi,<br>
<p>
I have just installed sane on a redhat 5.1 system.<br>
I have a umax 1220s scanner and a buslogic 958 scsi adapter.<br>
<p>
I can use sane fine as root, but as a user only the pn0 and pn1 devices show up and not the  umax one.<br>
<p>
I made the group scanner and added the users to it and set the permissions like the man pages stated.<br>
<p>
I would appreciate any help.<br>
