The timeouts are "normal". Cheap scanners don't disconnect while a<br>
|
|
scan is in progress, hence they'll hog the SCSI bus for a long time.<br>
|
|
That's why for cheap scanners you basically have to figure in the $50<br>
|
|
for an extra (decent) SCSI controller...<br>
|
|

|
Oliver, will you take care of adding the Astra 1200S to the umax<br>
|
|
backend (and updating sane-umax.man)?<br>
|
