I've got an AGFA SnapScan 1236S and an EPSON FilmScan 200 (can scan 4<br>
|
|||
|
|
diapositives (?) at a time).<br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
find-scanner returns:<br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
find-scanner: found processor "EPSON FilmScan 200 1.01" at device<br>
|
|||
|
|
/dev/sg2<br>
|
|||
|
|
find-scanner: found scanner "AGFA SNAPSCAN 1236 1.30" at device /dev/sg3<br>
|
|||
|
|
find-scanner: found processor "EPSON FilmScan 200 1.01" at device<br>
|
|||
|
|
/dev/sgc<br>
|
|||
|
|
find-scanner: found scanner "AGFA SNAPSCAN 1236 1.30" at device /dev/sgd<br>

|
|
None of these seem to be recognized by sane-1.00 which segfaults for the<br>
|
|||
|
|
filmscan and says incorrect argument for the 1236S.<br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
I want to know where I should begin to add support for these scanners<br>
|
|||
|
|
into Sane ? I've read in the archive of this list that support for 1236<br>
|
|||
|
|
seems to exist but nothing is said about the 1236S.<br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
I can program in C, but I don't know anything about graphic algorithms.<br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
May I try to help you or drivers already exist for these 2 scanners.<br>
|
|||
|
|

|
|||
|
|
