Hi All,
I am going to attempt to port SANE to FreeBSD's CAM SCSI interface.

First, anyone got any suggestions / gotchas to look out for?

Second, there are a bunch of #defines, e.g. #define LINUX_INTERFACE.

The Old FreeBSD and the CAM version are not compatible with each
other. I want to create a new one, i.e.

#define FREEBSD_CAM_INTERFACE 13

Is 13 the next available number? Any objections? Anyone
superstitious? :-)

+C
