Well, all I can state is that my 12000SP now works<br>
|
|||
|
|
(version 0.3 of backend) without any alignment problem<br>
|
|||
|
|
even at 600dpi full-page color. But as already<br>
|
|||
|
|
mentioned this probably depends heavily on the <br>
|
|||
|
|
hardware configuration, available memory, other<br>
|
|||
|
|
applications running etc. <br>
|
|||
|
|
<p>
|
|||
|
|
So I'm not surprised that you've some trouble,<br>
|
|||
|
|
because the scanner and the harddrives are connected to the same SCSI<br>
|
|||
|
|
bus. The only suggestion I've is to buy<br>
|
|||
|
|
a separate cheap SCSI card (e.g. AVA-1505) <br>
|
|||
|
|
for exclusive use by the scanner. However, I can't<br>
|
|||
|
|
*guarantee* that this will help.<br>
|
|||
|
|

|
|||
|
|
Maybe I can work on the backend next week but I can't<br>
|
|||
|
|
promise to do so.<br>
|
