GEOS is quite impressive, particularly on limited hardware. I've played<br>
with it a bit, but it's been a while. The main problem I see is that<br>
(unless I'm mistaken) GEOS is basically a 16-bit OS. Does GEOS do<br>
protected mode, perhaps through DPMI?<br>

If you can use 32-bit data and addresses, it should be possible.<br>
Doing it with "far pointers" would be slow, and need a lot of rewriting, <br>
but might workable. If you have to use 16-bit code, I'd suggest a<br>
rewrite...<br>

So long as it's ANSI, it should be okay. If you need DPMI and Borland<br>
doesn't handle it, you could try DJGPP (DOS GCC port). Good luck. This<br>
sounds like an interesting project...<br>
