Any suggestions on the best way to do network scanning over a slow<br>
|
|||
|
|
connection. My guess (from the picture I got back) is that Net SANE only<br>
|
|||
|
|
scans as fast as it can send data so the scanner only scans as much at a<br>
|
|||
|
|
time as it caches. I'd like to change this so it reads the info, dumps it to<br>
|
|||
|
|
a file, and sends the file out in two different steps... preferably in a<br>
|
|||
|
|
thread-like manner but I guess having pthreads available is not something<br>
|
|||
|
|
that can be relied on.<br>
