for work on the newhp-backend, I would like to have more information<br>
|
|||
|
|
if HP-scanners really respond as described in the SCL-documentation.<br>
|
|||
|
|
I have a program, that inquires the various SCL-commands from the scanner<br>
|
|||
|
|
and creates a listing of commands. I only can run the program<br>
|
|||
|
|
on a HP PhotoSmart Photoscanner. If there is someone using another<br>
|
|||
|
|
HP scanner and could run the program on it, please contact me<br>
|
|||
|
|
(just to prevent that I receive 100 printouts of the ScanJet 4p :-) )<br>
|
|||
|
|
The program is available at <a href="ftp://members.aol.com/pkirchg/pub/sane">ftp://members.aol.com/pkirchg/pub/sane</a><br>
|
|||
|
|
in source (includeing Makefile, Makefile.in for the sane-0.71/tools-<br>
|
|||
|
|
directory) and as Linux-386 executable. There is also a printout of that<br>
|
|||
|
|
program<br>

|||
|
|
of the Photoscanner available.<br>
