Henning Geinitz 5b79536901 Fixed resolutions for BearPaw 1200 TA. Increase the lowest black for CCD ... coarse calibration. Adjusted internal gamma correction. CCD scanners use color mode for coarse+quality cal now. Preview isn't always in 8 bit mode now (can be selected by option). Upper and lower limits for coarse calibration are unified now.
