Scanner Access Now Easy ― Backends

Henning Geinitz 0a6b90913f Added some vendors (Abaton, Acer, Apple, Avision, CANON, Fujitsu, IBM, NEC, ... Nikon, Plustek, Polaroid, Ricoh, Sharp, Siemens, Tamarack) and device types (film scanner, sheetfed scanner) to the SANE standard. Updated date.
