* backend/pnm.c: Added several options: gamma tables
(-> arrays), resolution option (word list), read only test option
(SANE_CAP_SOFT_DETECT), several options for returning status codes

Added build version info, print version information in sane_init.
Use ../include/sane/ for includes. Version is 1.0.1.
