Ralph Little 85f4ef1065 doc: final pass through the man pages. 
Mostly just tidy up, catching pages that I missed the first time round.
A small number of pages were given a bit more reformat. A bit beyond
the remit of this merge request but not too much has been changed.

Henning Geinitz 85b457a282 sane-find-scanner can now load USB descriptors from /proc/bus/usb/devices dumps 
(e.g. from the unsupported scanner web pages). Minor modifications to some of
the chipset tests.

	* frontend/scanimage.man: Updated because of sane-find-scanner.

	* TODO: Updated concerning sane-find-scanner. Added entry about
