With the exception of use in three quotes as well as our inlcuded copy
of the GPL, all use of the Free Software Foundation's postal address
has been removed.

The __sane_unused__ symbol was used slightly more often then UNUSEDARG
and, more importantly, defined in include/sane/sanei_backend.h. That
makes it readily available to virtually all backends.
