Hartmut Holzgraefe f45f36148e get logo URL from settings, not hard coded - Issue #63 (WiP) 
- the logo and extra_logo are now fetched from the settings
- logo defaults to 'builtin:osm-logo.svg'
- extra logo defaults to None
- for now there's still special handling for the extra logo
  for neighborhood maps

- refactored to no longer have duplicate code for OSM and extra logo
- allow for arbitrary SVG logo files, not just the two bundled ones
- allow to refer to bundled logos using 'bundled:filename.svg' URLs

Hartmut Holzgraefe 39197f3734 improve --help output, add --list options to show choices 
The available choices for --stylesheet, --overlays, --layout and
--paper-size depend on the actual configuration and version, so
the --list option can now be used to show the actual available
choices for any of these.

Also the --gpx-file, --umap-file and --poi-file options have
long been deprecated by the more flexible --import-file option.
They still exist for backwards compatibility, but are now hidden
from the --help output.
