Damien George d03c681608 stmhal: Use mp_uint_t where appropriate. 
Found these by compiling stmhal with mp_uint_t of type uint32_t instead
of unsigned int.  This actually makes a difference to the code, but just
a curiosity.

Damien George bfa7b480a7 stmhal: For spi_init, add argument to select if NSS pin is enabled. 
Most of the time you don't use the NSS pin of the SPI bus, and so it
shouldn't be enabled by default (this gave some bugs in the past).

Damien George ecc88e949c Change some parts of the core API to use mp_uint_t instead of uint/int.

Damien George 04b9147e15 Add license header to (almost) all files. 
Blanket wide to all .c and .h files.  Some files originating from ST are
difficult to deal with (license wise) so it was left out of those.

Also merged modpyb.h, modos.h, modstm.h and modtime.h in stmhal/.

Damien George d17926db71 Rename rt_* to mp_*. 
Mostly just a global search and replace.  Except rt_is_true which
becomes mp_obj_is_true.

Still would like to tidy up some of the names, but this will do for now.

Damien George 09d207785c stmhal: Unify naming of HW config; make SD detect configurable. 
All board config macros now begin with MICROPY_HW_.

Renamed PYBv10 to PYBV10, since macros should be all uppercase.

Made SDCARD_DETECT configurable in mpconfigport.h, so that the SD
detect pin can be easily configured.
