Jim Mussared b6a9778484 py/misc: Change sizeof to offsetof for variable-length alloc.
This fixes the case where e.g.

    struct foo_t {
      mp_obj_t x;
      uint16_t y;
      char buf[];
    };

will have `sizeof(struct foo_t)==8`, but `offsetof(struct foo_t, buf)==6`.

When computing the size to allocate for `m_new_obj_var` we need to use
offsetof to avoid over-allocating. This is important especially when it
might cause it to spill over into another GC block.

Jim Mussared 94beeabd2e py/obj: Convert make_new into a mp_obj_type_t slot.
Instead of being an explicit field, it's now a slot like all the other
methods.

This is a marginal code size improvement because most types have a make_new
(100/138 on PYBV11), however it improves consistency in how types are
declared, removing the special case for make_new.

Jim Mussared 6da41b5900 py/obj: Merge getiter and iternext mp_obj_type_t slots.
The goal here is to remove a slot (making way to turn make_new into a slot)
as well as reduce code size by the ~40 references to mp_identity_getiter
and mp_stream_unbuffered_iter.

This introduces two new type flags:
- MP_TYPE_FLAG_ITER_IS_ITERNEXT: This means that the "iter" slot in the
type is "iternext", and should use the identity getiter.
- MP_TYPE_FLAG_ITER_IS_CUSTOM: This means that the "iter" slot is a pointer
to a mp_getiter_iternext_custom_t instance, which then defines both
  getiter and iternext.

And a third flag that is the OR of both, MP_TYPE_FLAG_ITER_IS_STREAM: This
means that the type should use the identity getiter, and
mp_stream_unbuffered_iter as iternext.

Finally, MP_TYPE_FLAG_ITER_IS_GETITER is defined as a no-op flag to give
the default case where "iter" is "getiter".

Damien George 9ec1caf42e py: Expand type equality flags to 3 separate ones, fix bool/namedtuple.
Both bool and namedtuple will check against other types for equality; int,
float and complex for bool, and tuple for namedtuple. So to make them work
after the recent commit 3aab54bf43 they would
need MP_TYPE_FLAG_NEEDS_FULL_EQ_TEST set. But that makes all bool and
namedtuple equality checks less efficient because mp_obj_equal_not_equal()
could no longer short-cut x==x, and would need to try __ne__. To improve
this, this commit splits the MP_TYPE_FLAG_NEEDS_FULL_EQ_TEST flags into 3
separate flags to give types more fine-grained control over how their
equality behaves. These new flags are then used to fix bool and namedtuple
equality.

Fixes issue #5615 and #5620.

Damien George eee1e8841a py: Downcase all MP_OBJ_IS_xxx macros to make a more consistent C API.
These macros could in principle be (inline) functions so it makes sense to
have them lower case, to match the other C API functions.

The remaining macros that are upper case are:
- MP_OBJ_TO_PTR, MP_OBJ_FROM_PTR
- MP_OBJ_NEW_SMALL_INT, MP_OBJ_SMALL_INT_VALUE
- MP_OBJ_NEW_QSTR, MP_OBJ_QSTR_VALUE
- MP_OBJ_FUN_MAKE_SIG
- MP_DECLARE_CONST_xxx
- MP_DEFINE_CONST_xxx

These must remain macros because they are used when defining const data (at
least, MP_OBJ_NEW_SMALL_INT is so it makes sense to have
MP_OBJ_SMALL_INT_VALUE also a macro).

For those macros that have been made lower case, compatibility macros are
provided for the old names so that users do not need to change their code
immediately.

Damien George a3dc1b1957 all: Remove inclusion of internal py header files.
Header files that are considered internal to the py core and should not
normally be included directly are:
py/nlr.h - internal nlr configuration and declarations
py/bc0.h - contains bytecode macro definitions
py/runtime0.h - contains basic runtime enums

Instead, the top-level header files to include are one of:
py/obj.h - includes runtime0.h and defines everything to use the
        mp_obj_t type
    py/runtime.h - includes mpstate.h and hence nlr.h, obj.h, runtime0.h,
and defines everything to use the general runtime support functions

Additional, specific headers (eg py/objlist.h) can be included if needed.

Damien George 265500c5c8 py/objnamedtuple: Simplify and remove use of alloca building namedtuple.
Prior to this patch there were 2 paths for creating the namedtuple, one for
when no keyword args were passed, and one when there were keyword args.
And alloca was used in the keyword-arg path to temporarily create the array
of elements for the namedtuple, which would then be copied to a
heap-allocated object (the namedtuple itself).

This patch simplifies the code by combining the no-keyword and keyword
paths, and removing the need for the alloca by constructing the namedtuple
on the heap before populating it.

Heap usage in unchanged, stack usage is reduced, use of alloca is removed,
and code size is not increased and is actually reduced by between 20-30
bytes for most ports.

Damien George 816413e4b2 py: Optimise types for common case where type has a single parent type.
The common cases for inheritance are 0 or 1 parent types, for both built-in
types (eg built-in exceptions) as well as user defined types. So it makes
sense to optimise the case of 1 parent type by storing just the type and
not a tuple of 1 value (that value being the single parent type).

This patch makes such an optimisation. Even though there is a bit more
code to handle the two cases (either a single type or a tuple with 2 or
more values) it helps reduce overall code size because it eliminates the
need to create a static tuple to hold single parents (eg for the built-in
exceptions). It also helps reduce RAM usage for user defined types that
only derive from a single parent.

Changes in code size (in bytes) due to this patch:

    bare-arm: -16
    minimal (x86): -176
    unix (x86-64): -320
    unix nanbox: -384

Damien George 6213ad7f46 py: Convert mp_uint_t to size_t for tuple/list accessors.
This patch changes mp_uint_t to size_t for the len argument of the
following public facing C functions:

mp_obj_tuple_get
mp_obj_list_get
mp_obj_get_array

These functions take a pointer to the len argument (to be filled in by the
function) and callers of these functions should update their code so the
type of len is changed to size_t. For ports that don't use nan-boxing
there should be no change in generate code because the size of the type
remains the same (word sized), and in a lot of cases there won't even be a
compiler warning if the type remains as mp_uint_t.

The reason for this change is to standardise on the use of size_t for
variables that count memory (or memory related) sizes/lengths. It helps
builds that use nan-boxing.

Damien George 2a1cca20b1 py: Fix passing of some wide int types to printf varg format list.

Damien George 5b3f0b7f39 py: Change first arg of type.make_new from mp_obj_t to mp_obj_type_t*.
The first argument to the type.make_new method is naturally a uPy type,
and all uses of this argument cast it directly to a pointer to a type
structure. So it makes sense to just have it a pointer to a type from
the very beginning (and a const pointer at that). This patch makes
such a change, and removes all unnecessary casting to/from mp_obj_t.

Damien George 7f9d1d6ab9 py: Overhaul and simplify printf/pfenv mechanism.
Previous to this patch the printing mechanism was a bit of a tangled
mess. This patch attempts to consolidate printing into one interface.

All (non-debug) printing now uses the mp_print* family of functions,
mainly mp_printf. All these functions take an mp_print_t structure as
their first argument, and this structure defines the printing backend
through the "print_strn" function of said structure.

Printing from the uPy core can reach the platform-defined print code via
two paths: either through mp_sys_stdout_obj (defined pert port) in
conjunction with mp_stream_write; or through the mp_plat_print structure
which uses the MP_PLAT_PRINT_STRN macro to define how string are printed
on the platform. The former is only used when MICROPY_PY_IO is defined.

With this new scheme printing is generally more efficient (less layers
to go through, less arguments to pass), and, given an mp_print_t*
structure, one can call mp_print_str for efficiency instead of
mp_printf("%s", ...). Code size is also reduced by around 200 bytes on
Thumb2 archs.
