With only `sp_func_proto_paren = remove` set there are some cases where
uncrustify misses removing a space between the function name and the
opening '('. This sets all of the related options to `force` as well.
This is to keep the top-level directory clean, to make it clear what is
core and what is a port, and to allow the repository to grow with new ports
in a sustainable way.
