- For packages that were just x.y, update to x.y.0.
- For that were x.y.z-n, update to x.y.(z+1)
From now on we'll apply semver rules:
- MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes
- MINOR version when you add functionality in a backward compatible manner
- PATCH version when you make backward compatible bug fixes

It is inserted automatically during publish/freezing and having them in the
code prevents the automatic process from happening.
