Dit and Dah Buffer Control

The dit and dah buffers can be turned on and off by adding this feature:

#define FEATURE_DIT_DAH_BUFFER_CONTROL       

(This line appears to have been deprecated in 2019. Assume buffer control is always enabled now. - VK2WS. The version release notes state that making this feature always available was done with version 2016111702).

The dit and dah buffers can be turned on and off using the command line interface . and - commands. The settings are stored in nonvolatile memory.

The dit and dah buffers can be toggled on/off by sending a 'K' while in Command Mode. Not sure whether this applies only to ULTIMATIC mode or not.
