Sebastian Delmont 462ecf2493 Capture exceptions while drawing spot arcs 
Certain spots can trigger exceptions such as "could not calculate great circle between [] and []" which can hang GT. We now capture those, dump error info to the console, and move on

Don't create duplicates of GT's media files in Documents/GridTracker/media.
Remove any duplicates that are already there.
User directory is still respected if you want to add your own files there.

Paul Traina b5ff16110e Merge worked/confirmed in DXCC/WAS/WAC/ITUZ/CQZ 
The existing display of 3 columns of "worked, confirmed, needed" makes
it very hard to visualize worked but not confirmed items. Clean this up
by harmonizing it with the call roster visual language of using shadow
boxes, solid, and unhighlighted entries. Use the same colors as used
in CR to keep the UX experience consisten across new (CR) vs old
(reports) code.
