I have heard reports of these modules getting very warm when in use although I have not experienced this myself, When streaming video these units can get very hot so if you plan to do a lot of streaming this is worth checking to make sure it is not going to over heat.
I suspect it may be when streaming video for long periods? May be worth bearing in mind.
