Ivan Grokhotkov b936441b9b Startup flow refactoring This change removes implicit WiFi/BT initialization from startup code. "main" task is started once essential part of startup code is complete. ESP-IDF ble_advertising app

This is a BLE advertising demo with virtual HCI interface. Send Reset/ADV_PARAM/ADV_DATA/ADV_ENABLE HCI command for BLE advertising.
