This updates the minimal supported version of CMake to 3.16, which in turn enables us to use more CMake features and have a cleaner build system. Ivan Grokhotkov	26800ed71e	global: update note in the partition tables ... The build system automatically determines offsets of partitions from the partition table, so no manual changes are needed.
