Omar Chebib 801f934ac9 Dedicated GPIO: add software UART implementation for Xtensa targets 
The software UART example is now compatible with Xtensa targets that have dedicated GPIOs. In other words, this example is now compatible with ESP32-S2 and ESP32-S3.

Tomas Rezucha 2b5caf34b7 tinyusb: Do not access string descriptor array out of boundaries 
The previous version of esp_tinyusb (v1.0.0) always assumed 8 string descriptors.
In case the user passed a smaller array of descriptors,
esp_tinyusb accessed memory outside of the array.
This is fixed esp_tinyusb v1.1.0 by 046cc4b02f

morris bc2a2d3cde gptimer: support RC_FAST clock source 
GPTimer on C6 supports RC_FAST as the clock source. The benefit of this
clock is that, the clock can sustain in light sleep.

Added a new API to return the real resolution of the timer handle.

Armando ded528e188 adc: no longer support adc2 oneshot mode on esp32c3 
Due to HW limitation, we don't support this anymore. On c3, ADC2 under oneshot mode is not stable.

However, you can enable CONFIG_ADC_ONESHOT_FORCE_USE_ADC2_ON_C3 to force use
ADC2.
