Merge pull request #225 from bellingcat/small_issues

## GSheets Columns updates
- Update the available columns in the Google Sheet Feeder and Database.
- Update the Sheet Template to reflect this.

## Other Fixes
- Ensure test file cleanup.
- Additional tests.
- Correctly mark download test.
- Small typos.
